Museo Emiliano Guiñazú - Casa de Fader
Museo Casa Fader is a provincial museum declared "Patrimonio Cultural de la Provincia de Mendoza", which has collections and exhibitions of artists and local/national painters. Inside are beautiful grounds and gardens. It operates in the house once owned by Emilio Guiñazú, who bought this 95 acre farm in 1889.

 

 

Espacio Contemporáneo del Arte
ECA is a cultural space designed to preserve, exhibit and promote contemporary manifestations from regional, national and international culture. It promotes its activities in order to facilitate the understanding and appreciation of art and cultures. In its dynamic programming, it tends to capture both the needs of citizens and artists.

 

Museo Municipal de Arte Moderno
The MMAMM was founded on August 8, 1967 in response to the strong demand by the large population of artists. It started with two large donations from El Fondo Nacional de las Artes and from local artists.

 


         

 

Espacios del Monte
This property is located only 5 minutes from the ancient town of Chacras de Coria and is the ideal setting for group shows in which attendees can interact with the artists and their work. Extending this concept, soon will open a restó and "Espacios del Monte" will be opened to the public all year for both locals and tourists can enjoy visits.

Museo Nacional del Vino y la Vendimia
This old building was opened in 1910 with a art style classified as "Nouveau" blended with an Arab, Egyptian and Greek style.

 

 

Museo de Historia Natural de San Rafael
El Museo de Historia Natural de San Rafael is an institution created by "Ordenanza" in 1974 (No. 2697). Its gathers permanently elements that make the cultural heritage of San Rafael and surrounding areas, becoming a base for education, research and preservation of regional heritage. Its first director, and founder, was Dr. Humberto A. Lagiglia.
